摘要
介绍了一种利用台车连续炉,以红土镍矿为原料,煤粉为还原剂,生产镍铁金属化球团的方法。通过对正交实验结果分析,得到可用于实际生产的工艺参数。工业实验结果表明,内配碳量是影响球团金属化率的最重要因素,但过多内配碳量带来的残余灰分会降低产品球团的品位,因此以碳氧比1.3为宜;采用一定的盖碳保护措施可以有效防止球团氧化,抑制球团金属化率的降低;考虑成本因素,流程时间不宜过长,球团在还原段的时间以24h为宜。
This paper introduces a method of producing metallization pellet with laterite nickel ore as raw material and coal as a reductant in car bottom continuous furnace. Through the analysis of orthogonal experiment results, it obtained reasonable parameters that can be used for actual production. Industrial experimental results show that the carbon content within the distribution is the most important factor to affect the rate of pellet metallization, but it will reduce the grade of pellets by the residual ash from too much intra-carbon, so C/O = 1.3 is appropriate; covered a certain of carbon can effectively prevent oxidation, and it is conducive to inhibit the rate of metalized pellet reduced. Considering the cost factor, the reaction time of the pellet should not be more than 24 hours.
