摘要 随着全球经济的持续发展和工业技术的不断进步,炼铁技术在过去几十年中取得了显著成就。本文综述了炼铁技术的发展现状,包括高炉炼铁、直接还原炼铁和熔融还原炼铁等主要技术路线,对比了这些技术的优缺点及适用条件,分析了不同技术路线的发展前景。此外,本文还探讨了炼铁技术的未来发展趋势,包括节能减排技术、氢基冶炼和智能化生产等,以期推动炼铁技术的深入发展和高效应用。 With the sustained development of global economy and the continuous progress of industrial technology,ironmaking technology has achieved significant achievements in the past decades.This paper summarizes the development status of ironmaking technology,including the main technical routes of blast furnace ironmaking,direct reduction ironmaking and melt reduction ironmaking,compares the advantages and disadvantages of these technologies and their applicable conditions,and analyzes the development prospects of different technical routes.In addition,this paper also discusses the future development trend of ironmaking technology,including energy saving and emission reduction technology,hydrogen energy ironmaking and intelligent production,in order to promote the further development and efficient application of ironmaking technology.
