摘要
纽甜属于二肽类强力甜味剂,是阿斯巴甜的衍生物,它是迄今为止世界上最甜的合成甜味剂。主要介绍了新一代强力甜味剂——纽甜的合成方法、代谢途径的研究进展,重点综述了目前所采用的纽甜的合成方法。
Neotame,a derivative of aspartame,is a new nonnutritive and high-potency sweetener.It is the sweetest sweeteners in the world so far.This paper mainly introduced research progress of the synthesis methods and metabolic pathway of neotame,which is a high-intensitive sweetener,especially reviewed about the present methods synthesis for neotame.
