摘要
根据复合材料层合板中缝合损伤的细观特征,分析缝合复合材料拉伸性能的两个影响因素。根据两个因素不同的特征,做出不同假设。根据假设分别建立模型进行分析计算,理论计算结果与已有试验结果对比表明,缝合过程在针脚处引起的纤维弯曲和纤维断裂是影响拉伸性能的主要因素,其中缝合前后复合材料弹性常数的变化和纤维断裂有较大相关性,而拉伸强度的变化与纤维弯曲和纤维断裂都有关,但相比而言,纤维弯曲对拉伸强度影响更大。
According to composite laminates suture of the mesoscopic damage characteristics, analyze the tensile proper- ties of composite material of the two factors. According to two factors different characteristics, make different assumptions. According to the hypothesis were model calculation and analysis, the theoretical results are com- pared with the existing test results, in the process of fiber bend caused the pins place and fiber breakage is the main factors of influence tensile properties, including before and after the elastic constants of composite material stitched the changes and fiber fracture have larger correlation, and tensile strength of the change and fiber bend and fiber breakage is concerned, but comparison, fiber bending more influence on tensile strength.
