缝合复合材料层合板面内拉伸强度的分析 被引量:6

摘要 提出了缝合复合材料层合板抗拉强度的微观分析方法,建立了针脚处纤维局部弯曲的几何模型。使用最大应力准则和强度破坏指标相结合的方法,根据主承力层的失效得到层合板的抗拉强度。计算结果表明,理论预测值与试验结果吻合良好,证实了该模型的正确性和可靠性。 A micro method was presented to study tensile strength of stitched laminates. A geometrical model of local waviness of fiber around stitches was established. The maximum stress theory was combined with failure index of strength. Tensile strength of laminates was obtained on the analysis of 0° ply. The results show that the theoretical predicted values accord well with the experiments. The model is proved to be feasible.
