摘要
旅游行业是一项综合性服务行业,定价难,旅行社产品的无形性、旅游活动的异地性和后验性等使旅行社与游客之间存在信息不对称,造成了旅行社市场的"柠檬"问题。解决旅行社行业中"柠檬"问题的关键是使信息透明化,增加游客对旅行社产品真实信息的了解,并通过旅行社的自身完善与国家法律政策的结合改善旅行社市场,促进旅行社行业持续健康发展。
Because the tourism industry is a comprehensive service industry, it' s difficult to price. The intangibility of the travel agency products, the allopatry and the posteriori nature of tourism activities cause the information asymmetry between the travel agency and tourists, and create lemon problem. The key to solve the problem in travel agency is to make information be transparent, allowing tourists to have a better understanding of the travel products. By combining the self improvement of travel agency with national law and policy, the sustainable and sound development of travel agency market can be ensured.
