摘要
目的探讨留守儿童与非留守儿童在健康与家庭功能上的差异,以及健康与家庭功能的关系。方法使用健康自评量表、家庭亲密度与适应性量表对311名留守儿童和351名非留守儿童进行测量。结果健康自评量表得分平均为(7.03±1.14),家庭亲密度与适应性量表平均分为(3.12±0.62)。留守儿童与非留守儿童在"心理症状与负性情绪"维度上的差异有统计学意义(t=-2.04,p<0.05),留守儿童存在更多负面情绪;其他健康维度和家庭功能情况的差异均无统计学意义;通过回归分析发现家庭功能对生理、心理、社会症状均有显著正向的影响(F=23.93,63.51,81.71,p<0.01)。结论应从负性情绪方面去关注并调理该群体,改善家庭功能可以促进健康。
Objective To probe into the differences in health and family function between left-behind children and non-left-behind children and the relationship between health and family function.Method 311 left-behind children and 351 non-left-behind children were surveyed with self-rating health scale and family adaptability and cohesion scale.Results The average score of self-rating health scale was（7.03±1.14） and that of family adaptability and cohesion scale was（3.12±0.62）.differences in the dimensions of ＂psychological symptom and negative emotion＂ between left-behind children and non-left-behind children were statistically significant（t=-2.04,p0.05） and left-behind children had more negative emotions;differences between other health dimension and family function had no statistical significance;it was found through regression analysis that family function had a significantly positive influence on physiology,psychology and social symptoms（F=23.93,63.51,81.71,p0.01）.Conclusion People should pay attention to the aspect such as negative emotion of this group and take care of them,and improvement of family function can improve their health.
