摘要
目的探讨临床医生的职业倦怠现状及其与社会支持的关系。方法采用Maslach职业倦怠量表(MBI)和社会支持评定量表对98名临床医生进行调查分析。结果不同性别、婚姻、职称的医生在情绪衰竭、去个性化和低个人成就感3个维度上的差异均有统计学意义;不同性别、婚姻、职称的医生在社会支持不同因子上差异有统计学意义。职业倦怠的去个性化因子与主观支持、支持利用度成负相关关系,而低个人成就感则与支持总分、客观支持、主观支持成正相关。结论性别、婚姻及职称状况等人口统计学变量是影响职业倦怠、社会支持的重要因素。社会支持对减少职业倦怠有重要的影响。
Objective To probe into the status quo of the job burnout of clinicians and its relationship with social support.Method 98 clinicians were investigated with the Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI) and the Social Support Rating Scale.Results Differences in dimensions such as emotional exhaustion,deindividuation and diminished personal accomplishment among clinicians with different sex,marriage and title were statistically significant;and differences in factor of social support among clinicians with different sex,marriage and title were statistically significant.The factor of deindividuation of the job burnout was negatively correlated with subjective support and utilization of support while the diminished personal accomplishment was positively correlated with total scores of support,objective support and the subjective support.Conclusion Demographic variables such as sex,marriage,title etc.are important factors influencing the job burnout and the social support.The social support has a vital impact on reducing the job burnout.
