摘要
目的:探讨医生工作压力现状与职业倦怠问题,为医院管理提供新内容。方法:采用自编医生工作压力调查表和职业倦怠问卷表对3家医院210例医生进行调查,内容包括工作任务、医疗安全、工资待遇、医患关系、工作家庭冲突及情绪衰竭、情感疏远及个人成就感等。结果.来自不同工作压力对医生职业倦怠具备不同的预测作用;在情绪衰竭方面女性医生比男性显著,在职业倦怠方面精神科医生较其它科室医生严重。结论:临床医生面临较大的工作压力且职业倦怠严重,应引起各医院管理层的重视。
Objective: To study the present status of doctors' job stress and the problem of vocational burnout in order to provide new content for hospital administration. Methods: A total of 210 doctors from 6 hospitals were investiga ted by filling out both "doctors' job stress scale" and "vocational burnout questionnaire" which included work assignment, medical safety, wage and treatment, doctor and patient relationship, work-family conflict, emotion exhaustion, depersonalization, personal accomplishment, and so on. Results: Different job stress could predict doctors ' vocational burnout differently. Female doctors got significantly higher scores on emotion exhaustion than male doctors. Doctors in psychiatric department got significantly higher scores on vocational burnout than those in the other clinic departments. Conclusion: Doctors are confronted with job stress and have serious vocational burnout, which should be paid more attention to by the administrators of all the hospitals.
