摘要
目的探讨显微超声技术在治疗磨牙中上段不完全钙化根管的特点并与传统方法临床疗效相比较。方法选择2010年3月~2011年12月本院口腔内科收治66例患者,磨牙中上段不完全钙化根管共83个。随机数字表分配原则分成实验组与对照组各33例,其中实验组使用显微超声技术治疗,对照组行传统方法治疗。结果两组66例83个不完全钙化根管,具体分布于根管口、根中1/3处以及根尖1/3处,两组间根管口扩通成功率显著高于其他位置扩通成功率,实验组各部位扩通成功率明显高于对照组,且扩通时间显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磨牙中上段不完全钙化根管应用显微超声技术治疗是一种效果显著的方法,与传统方法相比,扩通成功率高,扩通时间短,值得临床推荐与使用。
