223例阻塞根管的根管预备路径分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的通过对223例阻塞根管进行根管预备的分析,总结出对阻塞根管预备的有效方法和一般规律。方法将阻塞根管223例根据阻塞原因分成根管钙化、塑化治疗、根管治疗、其他治疗和器械折断5组,应用机械预备加化学预备、超声根管预备以及溶塑剂、溶根充等处理,配合探寻锉预弯、截短等技巧的使用进行根管预备,将预备结果分组记录,并进行统计分析。结果223例阻塞根管预备成功209例,获得较高的成功率(93·7%)。其中根管钙化组成功率93·2%;塑化治疗组成功率87·2%;根管治疗组成功率97·7%;其他治疗组成功率93·3%;器械折断2例均获得成功,其中塑化治疗组成功率低于根管治疗组(P<0·05)。结论手持器械预备加化学预备,以及超声预备辅以探寻锉预弯、截短等技巧,用于阻塞根管的预备可获得满意的结果,塑化治疗再预备的成功率较低。 Objective To investigate the effective methods and general rules in obstructed root canal preparation. Methods A total of 223 cases of obstructed root canal were divided into five groups based on the causes of obstruction : root canal calcification, resinfying therapy, root canal therapy, instrument seperated and other therapy. All canals were prepared using mechanical preparation, chemical preparation and ultrasonic preparation combined with some skills. The success rate of preparation was analysed statistically. Results Of the 223 cases, 209 were successfully prepared, with a success rate of 93.7%, and the success rate of resinfying therapy group was significantly lower than that of root canal therapy group. Conclusion Mechanical preparation combined with chemical preparation, ultrasonic preparation and skills recommended in this study was effective in obstructive canal preparation, and resinfying-treated root canal preparation was more difficult than other obstructed root canal preparation.
