摘要
目的探讨子宫内膜异位症患者血清及腹腔液中细胞因子的变化及临床意义。方法选择150例子宫内膜异位症患者为观察组和100例子宫肌瘤手术治疗患者为对照组,对比两组血清及腹腔液中IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α的水平,分析观察组术前血清细胞因子水平与复发率的关系。结果观察组与对照组血清及腹腔液中IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α水平之间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组术前血清IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α水平与R-AFS分期呈正相关(P<0.05),术后观察组血清IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α水平与对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术前观察组各指标不同水平分级的复发率之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),各指标水平与复发率之间均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α与子宫内膜异位症的发生、发展及治疗预后有关,并可作为判断病情程度及预后的指标。
Objective To investigate the expression of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-cdn the serum and peritoneal fluid of en- dometriosis patients and its clinical significance. Methods Selected 150 cases of endometriosis patients in the observation group and 100 cases of uterine fibroids surgery patients in the control group. Compared levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-c~ in serum and peritoneal fluid of two groups .Analyzed the relation of preoperative cytokine levels and relapse rate in observa- tion group. Results The difference of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-c~ in serum and peritoneal fluid between two groups were statis- tically significant （/9 〈 0.01）,the preoperative serum IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-c~ of observation group and the R-AFS were pos- itively correlated （P 〈 0.05） . The differences of postoperative serum IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-ot between two groups were not statistically significant （/9 〉 0.05 ）. The relapse rate among the different levels of index classification of the observation was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）, the index level and the recurrence rate were positively correlated （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-c~ are related to the occurrence of endometriosis, the development and prognosis and could determine the severity and prognosis.
