摘要
目的评价胃癌术后对患者进行肠内/肠外营养治疗的过程中患者的营养状况。方法检索国内外期刊全文数据库,筛选有关中国人群的随机对照临床试验。采用RevMan4.2进行Meta分析。结果纳入19篇研究。胃癌术后早期肠内营养与肠外营养相比,术后血清白蛋白的加权均数差(WMD)为1.72,95%CI[0.80,2.63],P=0.0002;术后血清转铁蛋白的加权均数差(WMD)为0.13,95%CI[0.05,0.22],P=0.002;术后血红蛋白加权均数差(WMD)为6.59,95%CI[5.56,7.61],P<0.0001。结论胃癌术后患者早期接受肠内营养后血清营养蛋白水平及血红蛋白水平均优于肠外营养,提示肠内营养是胃癌术后一种有效的营养支持方式。
Objective To evaluate the nutritional effect of entera] or parenteral nutrition following gastrectomy for gastric cancer. Methods The databases were used to search related prospective controlled trials including Chinese patients. The data about nutritional effect was extracted and analyzed by RevMan 4.2. Results Nineteen studies were included in this meta-analysis. Comparing to that in parenteral nutrition group, the weighted mean(WMD)of serum albumin was 1.72,95%C1 [0.80,2.63], P = O.O002;the weighted mean difference(WMD) of serum transferrin was 0.13,95% C/[0.05,0.22], P = 0.002; the weighted mean difference (WMD) of hemoglobin was 6.59,95% CI [5.56,7.61], P 〈 0.0001. Conclusion Enteral nutri- tion is the superior method for post gastrectomy for gastric cancer.
