补肾活血汤对慢性心力衰竭患者血浆脑钠肽水平及血管内皮功能的影响 被引量:5

Effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction on Plasma Brain Natrium Peptide and Vascular Endothelial Function in Chronic Heart Failure

摘要 目的观察补肾活血汤治疗慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效及对血浆脑钠肽水平、血管内皮功能的影响。方法将120例患者按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组60例用常规西药治疗,治疗组60例在对照组治疗基础上加服补肾活血汤,每日1剂,疗程12周。观察两组临床症状、NYHA心功能分级、室间隔厚度(IVST)、左室后壁厚度(LVPWT)、左室舒张末内径(LVDd)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、血浆脑钠肽(BNP)、内皮素(ET)、一氧化氮(NO)水平的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组为78.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后IVST、LVPWT、LVDd、LVEF、BNP、ET、NO均较对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。结论在常规西药治疗基础上加用补肾活血汤治疗慢性心力衰竭安全有效,可以降低BNP浓度,改善血管内皮功能,抑制心室重塑。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue decoction(BHD) on plasma level of brain natriuretic peptide and vascular endothelial function in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods One hundred and twenty patients with CHF were randomly divided into two groups:Control group(n=60) treated by conventional western medicine treatment,and treatment group(n=60) treated with BHD and conventional western medicine treatment for 12 weeks.Clinical symptoms,the New York Heart Association(NYHA) grading of heart function,ventricular septal thickness(IVST),left ventricular posterior wall thickness(LVPWT),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVDd),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),plasma brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),endothelin(ET),and nitric oxide(NO) were observed in two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate was 90.0% in treatment group,which was significantly higher than that in control group(78.3%,P0.05).Compared with control group,the level of IVST,LVPWT,LVDd,LVEF,BNP,ET,and NO in treatment group were improved significantly after treatment(P0.05).Conclusion The conventional western medicine treatment combined with BHD was safe and effective for CHF.It could reduce the contents of plasma BNP,improve vascular endothelial function,and inhibit ventricular remodeling.
