摘要
目的补肾活血汤治疗糖尿病肾病对尿蛋白的影响。方法将62例糖尿病肾病患者随机分成两组。对照组25例和补肾活血汤组37例,分别采用常规治疗基础上加服补肾活血汤,治疗12周后,观察尿蛋白的变化。结果治疗组比对照组尿蛋白的情况明显改善。结论补肾活血汤可以减少糖尿病肾病尿蛋白的排出,在一定程度上改善肾功能。
Objective To observe the effects of urine albumin about Bushenhuoxue Decoction in treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods 62 patients who were diagnosed diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups 25 patients in control group were treated by the normal base method,37 patients in treatment group were treated by the normal base method and Bushenhuoxue Decoction Oral taking with a treatment course of 12 weeks of both groups ,then the therapeutic effects about urine albumin were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The output of urine albumin in treatment groups was obviously less than that of control group.Conclusion Oral taking Bushenhuoxue Decoction to treatment diabetic nephropathy can decrease the output of urine albumin and improve certain kidney function.
