摘要
目的:优选仙灵骨葆胶囊中丹参、补骨脂提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验的方法,以丹参中丹酚酸B、丹参酮ⅡA、补骨脂中补骨脂素、异补骨脂素的含量为指标,多指标综合评分法处理数据,优化提取工艺中乙醇浓度、溶剂倍数、提取时间、提取次数4个因素。结果:丹参、补骨脂最佳合提工艺为加入8倍量70%乙醇,提取2次,每次1.5 h。结论:优选的丹参、补骨脂提取工艺稳定可行。
Objective： To optimize the extraction technology for Psoralea corylifolia and Salvia miltiorrhiza. Method： An orthogonal test was adopted in this study. The contents of Tanshinone ⅡA, Salvianolic acid B, Psoralen and Isopsoralen were used as in- dices of appraisal. Data processing was carried out with the multiple guidelines grading method for optimizing the extraction condition. Result： The best extraction technology was to extract for 2 times with 8 fold ethanol solution （70%） and 1.5 h each time. Conclu- sion： The optimized extraction technology was rational and the extraction rate of the active principles is high.
