摘要
目的探讨复方甘草酸苷对慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法选择我院确诊为慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)的患者142例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组71例。对照组给予阿德福韦酯治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用复方甘草酸苷,观察24周。比较治疗前后两组肝功能参数、HBV-DNA转阴率和总有效率。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)和总胆红素(TBIL)均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组血清ALT、AST及TBIL水平明显降低,总有效率明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05),但两组HBV-DNA转阴率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷能有效降低CHB患者血清ALT、AST及TBIL等肝脏酶学指标,改善患者症状,无明显不良反应,是治疗CHB安全、有效的辅助用药。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of SNMC on Chronic hepatitis B（CHB）. Methods A total of 142 patients diagnosed with CHB were randomized into the trial group and the control group, then Adefovir Dipivoxil and Adefovir Dipivoxil plus SNMC were administrated respectively. Comparison of liver functions and biochemical parameters, sero- conversion of HBV-DNA, total efficiency between the two groups were performed before and after treatment for 24 weeks. Results At the end of the study, plasm concentration of Alanine aminotransferase （ALT）, aspartate aminotransferase （AST）, and total bilirubin（TBIL） were significantly decreased in both groups compared with treated before （P〈0.05）. Compared with the control group, plasm concentration of ALT, AST, TBIL and the total efficiency were significantly higher in the trail group after treatment for 24 weeks （P〈0.05）. Seroconversion of HBV-DNA was similar in the 2 groups. Conclusion Our study support the idea that treatment with SNMC could effectively decrease the liver function parameters, which including ALT, AST and TBIL, as well as ameliorate clinic symptoms without side effects in patients with CHB. It is a effective and safe adjuvant drug for CHB patients.
