摘要
电子政务是一门跨学科且强调理论与实践相结合的课程。随着高校考试更趋向于"教考分离",并且由于电子政务实验室的先天设备及场所优势,在电子政务课程中试行在线无纸化考试是大势所趋。根据电子政务实验室的网络设备布局可以确定,电子政务考试及评分系统应选用B/S结构开发。对于电子政务考试及评分系统的基本思想、设计功能、开发平台、关键环节解决方案以及开发前景进行了初步探讨。
E-government is a course of interdisciplinary and combining theory with practice. Since college examination tends to separation of teaching and examination, and E-government laboratory has its innate advantage of equipments and places, so it is trend to try non-paper online examination in the course of E-government. According to network equipment layout of E-government laboratory, it is confirmable that B/S should be selected to develop E-government examination and scoring system. The paper preliminarily discusses the basic idea, design function, development platform, pivotal part solutions and development prospect of E-government examination and scoring system.
