摘要
为了更准确地对酒店类建筑进行能耗评估,以便于提出有效的节能改造措施,开发了基于B/S架构的能耗评估软件。软件采用C Sharp语言开发,可以完成建筑信息的采集、建筑能耗的评分等功能,并能够针对超出国内或国际平均水平的能耗项提出节能建议。目前软件已经投入了试用阶段,在用于对酒店类建筑进行能耗评估时,得到了较好的效果和指导作用。
In order to evaluate the energy consumption of hotel buildings and put forward measures of effective energy saving transformation, software of energy consumption assessment based on B/S structure is developed. The software is developed by C Sharp language, and it is used to collect building information, grade building energy consumption and so on. This software also can put forward suggestions for the projects, of which the energy consumption is beyond the average level of domestic or international. At present, the software has already put in the trial stage, and it played a very good guidance function in evaluating the energy consumption of hotel buildings.
