摘要
近几年,高校人事、劳动聘用管理中存在许多问题,引发的争议和纠纷越来越多。本文从高校人事、劳动聘用和管理两个角度,探讨了存在的主要问题和原因,并在此基础上提出了解决问题的对策方法。
In recent years, an issue has arisen in the flawed systems of human resources in colleges and universities, bringing up more and more arguments and disputes. This study aims to investigate this issue from two aspects, one recruit, the other management, therefore addressing the main problems, the causes and the strategies for resolving the problems.
