摘要
从我国高校教师聘任制政策内容入手,分析一些高校教师聘任制政策内容及在实践中出现的问题,从合同的法律意识、人本观念、心理契约等方面提出建议和对策,以完善高校教师聘任制度。
By analyzing the content of the college teachers appointment policy in China, the paper detects and makes a research on several problems existing in the policy and in its implementation. Therefore, in the aspects of legal consciousness of contract, humanistic concept and psychological contract and so on, this paper puts forward some tentative measures to improve the policy and the implementation of the appointment system.
