摘要
为对高比例涤棉织物进行无PVA浆纱,根据该织物的浆纱难点和浆料选择原则,对原浆料配方进行了改进,确定了以T-45浆料和B-210磷酸酯淀粉作为主体浆料的新配方.此外,还选用原配方和新配方分别对13tex T80/C20经纱在同一浆纱机上进行上浆,并将它们的浆纱性能与织造效果进行对比.试验结果表明:新配方的浆纱性能和织造效果均优于原配方,对高比例涤棉织物无PVA浆纱是可行的.
In order to achieve sizing high-polyester and cotton fabric without PVA,and concerning the dif ficult points in sizing and the principles of choosing sizing agent for this fabric, this paper improves the original sizing agent formula, and a new sizing agent formula is determined by using T-45 sizing agent and B 210 phosphorylated starch as main sizing agent. In addition, the paper also chooses the original sizing agent formula and the new sizing agent formula respectively for sizing 13rex T80/C20 warp yarn in the same sizing machine, and compares their sizing performance and weaving effect. The experiment re sult indicates that the sizing performance and weaving effect of the new sizing agent formula arc better than that of the original sizing agent formula, and that sizing high-polyester and cotton fabric without PVA is workable.
