摘要
目的探讨双源CT血管成像在颈部动脉血管病变的应用价值及技术优势。方法 136例临床怀疑有颈部血管病变的患者行双源CT颈部增强扫描,血管成像,对图像质量进行分级评价。结果 136例可疑患者双源CT血管成像图像优秀122例(89.7%)、良好12例(8.8%)、差2例(1.5%)。结论双源CT行颈部动脉造影是一种创伤小、快速、有效的动脉病变的检查技术,在诊断颈部动脉狭窄及性质上有较高的应用价值。
Objective To investigate clinical value and technical virtues of dual-source CT angiography in diagnosing carotid vascular diseases. Methods 136 cases suspected carotid vascular disease by clinic, underwent dual-source CT enhanced scan in neck, following reconstruction of carotid artery and classification of imaging quality were finished. Results Of all 136 cases, 122 cases （ 89. 7% ） owned excellent imaging quality of carotid artery, 12 cases （8.8%） owned good imaging quality, and 2cases （ 1.5% ） owned poor imaging quality. Conclusion Dual-source CT angiography is a fast, effective, and minimally invasive imaging examination method in diagnosing carotid arterial diseases ,which can play important role for diagnosing narrow of carotid artery and evaluating character of narrow.
