摘要
通过研究我国水源林保护区规划现状以及影响保护区区划的因素,分析得到水源林保护区有别于普通自然保护区,应采取分级区划进行规划管理的结论,从而提出三级区划的方法,对昆明市双河磨南德水源林保护区进行规划实践,尽可能地严格保护水体,并区划出准保护区作为保护性经营区,通过合理正确的引导,避免因保护区建立而触发的社会、经济问题。
Through study of status, as well as factors that affect the division of waterhead forest reserve, this paper gets a conclusion that waterhead forest reserve is different from the ordinary nature reserve, and it should be taken to classification zoning for planning and management. Thus the method of three-level division into districts is put forward to make planning practice in Kunming Shuanghe-monande waterhead forest reserve, as strictly as possible to protect the water bodies, zoning prospective protected areas as a protective management areas, and through reasonable ＆ proper guidance to avoid the social problems caused by the establishment of the protected areas.
