摘要
根据官厅水库二级保护区的自然地理特征,以恢复官厅水库水资源的饮用功能为目标,提出了以涵养水源和净化水质为主要功能的水源保护林建设措施规划,并从总体功能上把水源保护林体系划分为"三个功能带",从库岸始,依次为过滤带、防护林带和封山育林(植被定向恢复)带,通过这三带水源保护林的合理布局与配置,结合必要的工程措施、农业耕作措施,使其形成具有良好结构的整体防护体系,达到保护水源和改善环境的目的。
According to the site conditions of second protection zone of Guanting reservoir, the forestry constructing plan for water resource protection were presented to promote the water conservation and purification and resume its drinking water source function. Three functional forest belts were classified by its respective function from the bank of lake taking turns filtration forest, protection forest and mountain close belt. The overall protection system of water resource protection forestry with reasonable structure will be established by the proper layout and distribution of three functional forest integrated with necessary engineering and cultivation works to protect and improve the water ecology environment of Guanting Lake.
