摘要
该文以聊城市各县市区70所中学的体育教师为研究对象,采用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等方法分析研究了教师们的基本资料;使用了测量职业倦怠的工具《马氏量表》,对随机抽样的500名教师的职业倦怠现状以及产生职业倦怠的原因作了调查研究;并且运用了SPSS15.0对问卷进行数理统计,统计结果显示:聊城市中学体育教师存在职业倦怠的现象较为严重;不同教龄、不同性别、不同年龄的体育教师职业倦怠存在显著性差异;职业期望过高和缺乏成就感可能是影响聊城市中学体育教师职业倦怠的主要因素.
Based on the P.E.teachers in 70 middle school in liaocheng city as the research object,using the methods of documentary,questionnaire investigation,expert interview methods,Statistical results show that the teachers in middle schools in liaocheng exist occupational tiredness phenomenon is relatively serious;different school ages,gender,different ages of sports teacher significantly;too high of eareer expectations and lack of sense of achievement may be the basic matenals of the teachers are analyzed;using the fool of measuring the ocacpational the dness-markov sale,the stafus of professional tiveaness and reason are researed auording to a ramdom sample of too teachers,and the questionaine date are analysed using SPSS15.0.influencig teachers＇ occupational tiredness in liaocheng middle school sports tiredness.
