摘要
从青海高原枸杞根际土壤中筛选到一株具有较强抑菌活性的菌株W7,对其抑菌活性物质进行初步的研究,并进行菌种鉴定.结果表明该菌株发酵液对7种细菌具有较强抑菌活性,对真菌效果不明显;该菌株抑菌活性物质易被乙酸乙酯等萃取,且具有良好的热、紫外照射及酸碱稳定性;综合形态学特征、生理生化特征及16SrDNA序列分析,初步将该菌鉴定为Streptomyces aurantiacus的一个变种.
An actinomycetes strain W7 with strong antibacterial activity was isolated from the rhizosphere soils of Chinese wolfberry from the Qinghai Plateau.Its antibacterial substance was studied and the strain was idenfified.It was founded that the fermentation products of the strain had strong antibacterial activity to 7 strains of Bacteria,but not on fungi;the antibacterial substan ce was easily extracted with ethyl acetate,and it was stable to temperature,UV radiation and acid-base.The strain W7 was identified as the variant species of Streptomyces aurantiacus,based on its morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics,and the sequence analysis of 16SrDNA.
