聚天冬氨酸的合成及其粘均分子量对阻垢性能的影响 被引量:15

SYNTHESIS OF POLYASPARTIC ACID AND INFLUENCE OF MOLECULAR WEIGHT ON ITS SCALE-INHIBITING PERFORMANCE

摘要 通过L 天冬氨酸热缩聚合成聚天冬氨酸(PASP)的一系列试验,研究了聚合反应温度和时间对PASP产率和粘均分子量的影响,分析了PASP对CaCO3阻垢性能的变化规律。并用红外光谱和核磁共振技术(NMR)对聚合物结构进行了分析。结果表明,不同反应条件下PASP产品粘均分子量相差很大,PASP粘均分子量对其阻CaCO3垢效果有显著影响。通过控制反应温度和时间能够改善PASP的阻垢性能,结果是230℃时反应5h所得PASP阻垢效果最好,此时PASP粘均分子量约为10000。 The influences of reaction temperature and time on yield and molecular weight of PASP were studied by using a series experiments of thermally polymerization of powdered L-aspartic acid,variation regulating of the scale-inhibiting ratio of PASP to calcium carbonate was analyzed.Simultaneously,analysis about the polymeric structure was made according to infrared spectrum and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) spectrum.Results show that the PASP products differ greatly in molecular weight under different reaction temperature and time,and influence of molecular weight of PASP on the scale-inhibiting performance of calcium carbonate was remarkably.Therefore,the inhibiting performance of PASP was improved by controlling reaction temperature and time,inhibiting effect of PASP synthesized under condition of 230℃ and 5h was the best,and the average molecular weight of which was about 10000.
