摘要 探讨HFJ型紧密赛络纺装置的结构特点和纺纱性能。阐述了该装置的结构特征、改造方案、工艺配置以及纺纱质量控制的技术措施。并与普通赛络纺进行了纺纱质量对比。结果表明:该装置纺纱质量优于普通赛络纺。认为,在采用压力棒上销和新型下销提高牵伸能力的同时,适当增加粗纱定量,可以提高赛络纺粗纱供应能力;采用性能良好的钢领钢丝圈,在设备及运转管理方面实施质量控制措施,可以收到较好的纺纱效果。 Structural and spinning properties of HFJ compact siro spinning device were discussed. Structural features of the device were introduced. The modification case,processing configuration and the technology measures of controlling yarn quality were introduced. The spinning yarn quality was contrasted to common siro spinning yarn. The resuh shows that the yarn spun on the device is better. It is considered that supply capacity of siro spinning roving can be increased by adopting press bar top pin and new nose bar, improving draft capacity, increasing roving weight per unit properly. Better spinning effect can be realized by adopting better ring and ring traveler,implementing quality control measures in equipment operation management aspect.
