摘要 为提高紧密纺纱质量,对紧密纺生产过程中原料选配、半成品质量、工艺配置及细纱有关工艺参数进行了工艺试验研究,并对多个品种紧密纺纱与普通环锭纺成纱质量进行了对比,指出:紧密纺比环锭纺具有明显的技术和质量优势,通过正确选配原料、控制精梳条短绒含量、合理选择粗纱定量和捻系数、优选网格圈目数、须条喂入位置以及细纱罗拉隔距、钳口规格、粗纱捻系数等工艺参数,可使紧密纺质量得到稳定和提高。 To improve compact spinning yarn quality, raw material selection, half-finished goods quality, processing configuration and related spinning processing parameter were tested and researched. Quality of several products spun in compact spinning and common ring spinning were contrasted. It is pointed out that compact spinning is obviously better than that of ring spinning in technology and quality, through selecting raw material correctly, controlling short fibre con- tent in combed sliver, choosing roving twist factor and roving weight per unit, optimizing lattice circle mesh size, ensuring strand feeding position,spinning roller gauge, nip specification et al compact spinning quality could be stabled and improved.
