摘要
为提高紧密纺精梳细号纱成纱质量,采用正交试验法对影响紧密纺精梳细号纱的4个关键工艺参数——网格圈目数、吸风负压、前胶辊加压、隔距块规格进行优化设计。结果表明:网格圈目数3 600目/cm2、吸风负压2 400 pa、前胶辊加压量170 N/双锭、隔距块2.5 mm时紧密纺精梳细号纱成纱质量最好。采用这一工艺所纺CJ 7.3 tex纱的断裂强力为152.8 cN、3 mm以上毛羽根数为1.85/10 m、条干CV为14.84%。
Through orthogonal test four key processing that effeeted compact spinning combed fine yarn quality i. e. mesh size of lattice circle,suction negative pressure, front rubber-covered roll pressure and spacer were optimized and designed to improve the yarn quality. The result shows when lattice circle mesh size number is 3 600 per square centimeter, suction negative pressure is 2 400 Pa,front rubber-covered roll pressure is 170 N per double spindles, spacer is 2.5 ram,the yarn quality will be best. Breaking strength of yarn spun by above technology is 152.8 cN,longer than 3 mm hairiness is 1.85 per 10 m,evenness CV is 14.84%.
