摘要
在就业形势日益严峻的背景下,高校的就业指导工作凸显其重要性。本文在分析了美国的高校主导型的大学生就业指导体系、日本的全员参与的就业指导模式、德国的公共服务型就业指导模式,总结其就业指导模式成功的共性,并提出了国外成功的就业指导模式对我国构建就业指导模式的四点启示。
Under the background of the increasingly serious employment situation,college employment guidance work highlight its importance.Based on the analysis of America University dominant college students employment guidance system,model of the full participation in employment guidance to college students in Japan,model of the public service employment guidance in German,summarizes its employment guidance model for successful commonness,and put forward the successful foreign employment guidance model for the construction of China＇s employment guidance model four enlightenments.
