摘要
大学生就业问题是社会所关注的重点问题。文章从构建大学生就业指导体系的动因分析出发,分析了造成大学生就业困难的外部因素和内部因素,得出要多纬度构建大学生就业指导体系,需要合理优化课程设置,做好大学生职业规划,积极鼓励大学生自主创业。
How the graduate get employed is the key question which the society pays attention to. The article embarks from constructing the career guidancesystem of the graduate ,analyses the exterior factors and internal factors that created the difficulties of the getting employed in the graduate and draw a conclution that to multi - dimensionally establish guiding system for college students＇ employment, it is necessary to optimizing curriculum, Complete occupation plan and positively encourage the university students to start a career independently.
