摘要
从我国高校动漫类专业学生对口就业率的现状入手,分析了动漫毕业生与动漫企业对接成功率不高的起因,提出了解决问题的对策,就如何进行工学结合、校企合作的高校动漫人才培养模式改革,如何实施产学研一体化、促进校企之间的深度融合,培养更加适应动漫企业需求的技能型、实用型动漫人才进行了探讨。
From the animation specialty in universities in China with the current situation of students employment rate,this article analyzes the cartoon animation enterprise docking graduates and not the cause of the high success rate and puts forward the solutions of the problems,how to carry out anime talents training mode reform based on the work-integrated learning,School-enterprise cooperation,how to carry out the integration of production study research,how to promote the depth of the fusion between schools and enterprises,cultivation of skilled and practical talents training to meet the needs of animation enterprise are discussed.
