摘要
选用 4 8头始重为 1 0 kg左右的杜长加断奶仔猪 ,随机分成对照和试验 2组 ,饲以基础饲粮。试验组中添加 80 0 mg/kg甜菜碱 ,试验期 3 6d,每天记录腹泻头数。结束前 1周进行消化试验 ,结束时进行屠宰试验 ,取十二指肠内容物及其电镜切片样品。结果表明 ,添加甜菜碱组饲粮中干物质和粗蛋白的消化率较对照组分别提高 4 .2 4 %( P <0 .0 5)和 6.4 5%( P <0 .0 5) ;腹泻率较对照组降低 3 3 .80 %( P <0 .0 1 ) ;十二指肠内容物中总蛋白水解酶活力比对照组高 53 .3 2 %( P<0 .0 5) ;脂肪酶和淀粉酶活力与对照组差异不显著 ( P>0 .0 5) ;十二指肠电镜切片显示 ,甜菜碱组猪十二指肠微绒毛长度和密度均比对照组明显改善 ,其长度较对照组提高 1 6.1 9%( P <0 .0 5)。上述结果提示 ,饲粮中添加甜菜碱能明显改善断奶仔猪的消化机能 ,提高饲粮中养分的消化与利用 ,其主要原因在于甜菜碱改善了断奶仔猪消化系的生长发育状况 。
The experiment was conducted to study the effect of betaine on the digestive function of weaned piglets. Fourty eight weaned piglets(Duroc×Landrance×Jia) were allotted randomly to two groups, each of which included three replicates of eight pigs. The treatment groups received the same basal diet supplemented 0, 800 mg/kg betaine for 36 d, respectively. The results were as follows: Addition of betaine to diet improved apparent digestibilities of DM and CP in the diet, of which were increased by 4.24%(P<0.05) and 6.45%(P<0.05), respectively. Diarrhoea, morbidity reduced by 33 80%(P<0.01). The activity of proteolytic enzyme was promoted by 52.32%(P<0.05). Transmission electron microscopy showed that the microvilli of the duodenum were longer by 16.19% (P<0 05) and more uniform than that of control. It implicates that addition of betaine in the diet can significantly improve the digestive function of weaned piglets.
