吸入性麻醉药浓度效应物理模型的构建与解读 被引量:1

摘要 目的新的物理模型下探讨浓度效应的规律。方法利用热力学的宏观理论和高等数学的思维方法,在新的物理模型的基础上,探讨影响浓度效应的关键因素。结果随着麻醉药吸入浓度的增加:①血液对麻醉药的摄取率大于其它混合气体的平均摄取率时,浓度效应越来越明显;②前者小于后者时,浓度效应越来越不明显;③两者相等时,浓度效应趋于稳定。结论浓度效应能用新的物理模型予以解读;浓度效应是否趋于明显,其关键因素在于血液对麻醉药的摄取率与血液对其它混合气体的平均摄取率的相对大小。 Aim To investigate concentration effect on the basis of new physical model.Methods Under the guidance of the macroscopic theories in thermodynamics and quantitative analysis in mathematics,on the basis of new physical model,the key factor of concentration effect was discussed.Results With the increasing of the concentration of inhaled anesthetics,① if the uptake rate of inhaled anaesthetic was larger than the average uptake rate of other gas mixtures,concentration effect became more remarkable;② when the former was less than the latter,concentration effect appeared less remarkable;③ when the two were equal,concentration effect tended to be stable.Conclusions Concentration effect can be interpreted by the new physical model.It can be proved that the key factor of concentration effect is the relative size of the uptake rate of inhaled gas.
