摘要
利用麻赛尔纤维与导湿快干丝各自的特性,采用提花交织技术在针织圆机上开发仿机织物外观的针织面料,利用喂入原料顺序和组织结构的变化形成不同花型的纬编产品,对其形成原理、设计要点和生产工艺中的注意事项进行讨论,对实际生产具有参考意义.
Jutecell fiber and the quick drying PET filaments have super excellent properties in dressing performance. This paper introduces the woven-like weft-knitted fabrics that were produced in single jersey circular by interlocking the quick drying filaments and Jutecell yams. The ruler, design and manufacturing process of these weft-knitted fabrics have to be taken into consideration, which were formed by different materials, stitch and styles. This research has valued reference for production.
