摘要
高职院校校园文化与企业文化的联系与区别为两者的融合提供了前提和条件,本文就以此为基础,从两者融合的内在基础入手,分析其融合的实现前提、过程及结果,并由此提出两种文化融合的实现途径。
The connections and differences of vocational college campus culture and corporate culture have provided premises and conditions for their integration. The paper starts from the internal foundations of their integration, makes analysis of the realization premises, processes and results of their integration, and puts forward the realization approaches for integration of the two kinds of cultures.
