高职校园文化与企业文化两者既不能相互取代,也不能融合出一种新的文化。高职校园文化的建设应积极汲取优秀企业文化理念,突出职业特征,秉承大学精神,教育和引导高职生健康成长、全面成才,满足社会需要。
Campus culture of advanced professional college and Corporation culture can＇ t replace each other, neither inosculates a new culture.
