摘要
本试验显示 :基质中定量加入专用肥可加快幼苗的生长 ,专用肥不同含量对甜瓜幼苗生长量和幼苗质量等有较大影响 ,过多的专用肥会抑制甜瓜的幼苗生长。在基质的基本配方为珍珠岩 :泥炭 =1∶1时 ,甜瓜工厂化育苗专用肥的添加量为 2 .5%。专用肥含量不同 ,甜瓜苗在丰产性相对指数和叶绿素含量、根系活力等生理指标上差异很大 ,B2 基质的甜瓜幼苗表现出较大的优越性。叶绿素含量与茎叶鲜重、根系活力与根鲜重等生理指标并无明显相关性。当基质中定量添加专用肥后 ,在营养液浇灌与清水浇灌处理间 ,甜瓜幼苗生长势和生长量无明显差异 ,当育苗基质中含有一定量的养分时 。
Medium composed of peat and perlite,with different ratable special fertilizer added,were tested in melon seedling raising.The result showed that the media supplemented with 2.5%nursery fertilizers produced the best results.Different media had difference effects on root length,leaf area,stem thickness and plant height.The results also showed obvious influence on chlorophyll content and root system vigor.Water instead of nutrition solution can be used when the media contains proper amount of nutrition.
