摘要
以网纹甜瓜为试材,研究了不同基质水分含量对甜瓜幼苗生长及相关光合指标的影响,并对幼苗总光合速率进行了模拟。结果表明,T80%处理(子叶展平~两叶一心期平均基质水分含量为0.1772 m3.m-3)的幼苗在生长量、叶面积、叶绿素含量和净光合速率等方面优于其他处理。模拟结果表明,适宜基质水分含量条件下的幼苗,初始光合效率和最大光合速率高,对强光和弱光的利用能力强。
Effects of water content of substrate on seedling growth and photosynthesis were studied with muskmelon, and the gross photosynthesis was simulated as well. The results indicated that T80% (average water content was 0.1772 m^3·m^-3 from Aug. 9 to Aug.19) got the highest biomass, leaf area and photosynthesis rate as well as other photosynthesis ability. The simulation results showed that appropriate water content of substrate was beneficial for improving maximum photosynthesis rate and photochemical effieieney As a result, the ability of weak and strong light utilizing was both enhanced.
