摘要
以雄全同株甜瓜品种齐甜二号为材料,用300mg/L的硝酸银溶液处理甜瓜幼苗,探讨硝酸银处理对雄全同株甜瓜幼苗生长过程中生理生化方面的影响。结果表明,硝酸银处理后,幼苗的茎粗和株高均受到抑制,叶绿素含量和根系活力也受到抑制,幼苗的SOD、POD、CAT活性均高于对照。
The molen cultivar Qitian No.2,which has male and bisexual flowers,were treated with AgNO3 solution in the same concentration of 300 mg/L for three times. Then compared with the controlled,the effect of AgNO3 stress on physiology of the growth in the process. The results showed that the growth of the seedling was inhibited under AgNO3 stress. When the seedling were treated with AgNO3,the content of chlorophyl and the activity of root were decreased. The activity of POD,SOD,CAT were increased.
