摘要
目的 :测定蒙成药额日敦— 7中栀子甙的含量 ;方法 :HPLC法 ,色谱条件为 :ODS柱 ,以 0 0 5mol L磷酸氢二钠—甲醇 (80∶2 0 ) (pH6 88)为流动相 ;流速 :1 0ml min ,检测波长为 2 40nm。结果 :平均回收率 1 0 0 9% ,RSD =1 0 4%。结论 :此方法简便、灵敏、准确、重复性好 ,其它组分对测定无干扰 ,可用于该制剂的质量评价和质量控制。
Objective:Determination of Geinposide in Mongol Medicines eridun-7 by HPLC;Methods:The HPLC method,chromatography conditions:ODS column with 0.05mol/L Disodium Hydrogen Phosphate-methanol (80:20)(pH6.88) as the mobil phase at 1.0ml/min flow-rate,detection wavelength at 240nm.Results:The average recovery rate was 100.9%,with RSD1.04%.Conclusion:The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and with a good reproducibility.It can be used to evaluafe and control the quality of this kind of medicine. [
