摘要
科学仪器是科学研究和科技创新的基础,其共享和管理水平在一定程度上反映一个国家的科技管理水平。本文在研究国外科学仪器管理与共享现状的基础上,分析我国科学仪器共享政策、共享现状,并对中国科学仪器的共享进行了深入探讨,最终从利用网络化、共享模式、有偿服务机制等方面提出了管理与共享政策建议。
Scientific Instruments is the basis of scientific research and technological innovation, sharing and management level to someextent, reflect a country＇s level of technology management. In this study, management and sharing of the status quo of foreign scientific instruments on the basis of analysis of scientific instruments shared policy, sharing status, and the sharing of scientific instruments inChina had a thorough discussion, and finally proposed several poliey recommendations from the use of networking, sharing model, scientific instruments, fee-for-service mechanism for the management and sharing of scientific instruments.
