摘要
科技资源整合度不高是我国地方政府在科技资源整合过程中普遍存在的问题。以某市为例,分析科技资源的现状,总结出该市在科技资源整合过程中存在的问题,并结合国内外实践经验,在对各国和地区资源整合方式总结的基础上,提出科技资源整合的四种模式。最后为该市政府科技资源整合的选择与应用提供一些政策性建议。
The low degree of integration is a general problem for the local government to integrate the science and technology resources. This article takes a city as an example, analyses the situation of its science and technology resources, and finds out the problems in the progress of integration. On the base of the international and domestic practice, this article concludes four kinds of mode for the integration of science and technology resources, and at last gives some suggestions to the government.
