生长抑素受体在三阴性乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义

摘要 目前生长抑素受体（somatostatin receptor，SSTR）在三阴性乳腺癌（triplenegative breast cancer，TNBC）中的表达报道很少，南京鼓楼医院集团宿迁市人民医院对2007年1月至2011年1月TNBC42例的癌组织行SSTR表达检测，并与非三阴性乳腺癌（nontriple negative breast cancer，non-TNBC）和正常乳腺组织中SSTR的表达比较，探讨SSTR在TNBC中的表达及意义。1资料与方法一般资料：42例均为女性，平均年龄45．7（28-61）岁；绝经前期30例，绝经后期12例；浸润性导管癌32例，其他类型癌10例；均有完整病理及免疫组化报告；术前未接受过化疗或放疗；相关检查排除远处转移的TNBC患者；
