摘要
利用PDA培养基进行银杏内生真菌的分离、尖端菌丝挑取法对分离得到的内生真菌进行纯化,然后从形态学上对分离得到的内生真菌进行初步鉴定,最后采用杯碟法对所分离到的部分菌株进行抗病原性细菌试验。从银杏中分离到的内生真菌,经初步鉴定结果表明,从银杏分离得到的内生真菌属于11个属。部分内生真菌菌株对病原性细菌有不同程度的抑制作用,其中对革兰氏阳性菌,金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑制作用明显。
PDA medium was used to isolate,purify and identify preliminarily the endophytic fungi in Ginkgo biloba and analyzed its biological activity.Some endophytic fungi were isolated from Ginkgo biloba and the most from stem.It has been identified that these strains belong to eleven genera.Some pathogenic bacteria were surveyed and results showed that some of the isolated strains have inhibited effect on some gram-positive bacterium,such as Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus subtills.
