摘要
学术共同体影响着学术人才的成长、学术知识的发展和一个国家的智力财富和国际竞争力。结合问卷调查数据和实践经验,从学者对学术共同体的总体满意度、学术共同体与政府的关系以及学术共同体内部运行状态等三个方面分析了我国学术共同体运行的现状和问题,提出了学术共同体良性运行的变革路径。
The academic community not only influences the development of the academic talents and the academic knowledge, but also the intelleetural wealth and international competitive power of each country. Based on questionnaire survey data and experiences, this essay analyzes the eurrunt situation and problems from three aspects： the degree of satisfaction on the academic community, the relations between the academic community and government, and the inner operation of the academic community in China. Then, some transforming paths are given for the better operation of the academic community.
