摘要
贫困地区的教师处境很少受到人们的关注,他们的生活、生存条件令人担忧。许多贫困地区教师选择离开当地而去物质条件更好的地方发展,而更多的教师因为各种原因所限继续留在当地施教。这些教师的生活值得我们关注,尤其是他们的主观幸福感值得我们重视。本文将结合一对来自成都某中学夫妇去贫困地区支教12年的例子来分析贫困地区教师的主观幸福感,从社会、学校、教师本人三层面来思考怎样提升贫困地区教师主观幸福感的问题。
The situation of teachers in poor area rarely get our attention.Their life,survival condition are worrying.Many poor area teachers choose to leave for better life,but more teachers choose to stay because of some reasons.These teachers' life is worth our concern,especially their subjective well-being should be focused.This article will introduce a couple who give up the chance of teaching in large city but choose to teach in poor area for 12 years to analyze the teacher's subjective well-being in poor area.From 3 levels:the society,school,the teacher himself.In this way,to study how to improve the teacher's subjective well-being in poor areas.
