摘要
根据《教育规划纲要》加快发展继续教育的要求,作者认为加快发展继续教育应在整体上加快学分银行制度的建设。论文对当前继续教育不同类型和层次间建立"立交桥"中存在的问题进行了分析,对自学考试在建立学分银行中的地位、作用和优势进行了概括,对我国建立学分银行制度的进程和步骤以及必要的保障条件作了探讨。
According to the demand of accelerating the development of further education mentioned in National Education Plan, the author holds the opinion that Credit Bank System should be established quickly on the whole. This article analyzes the problems existing in the process of building ＂overpass bridge＂ among different levels and types of further education, and summarizes the status, the function and the advantages of the Self-taught examination in establishing Credit Bank System. Finally the author dis-cusses the process, the step and the necessary security condition of establishing Credit Bank System.
